A trained editor she makes sure every project not only looks the part but works hard — hitting client goals, speaking to the right audience, and delivering serious ROI. A tech enthusiast and proud creative geek, she’s all about content that delivers real results.

Co-founder and CFO of S&B Originals, Chris blends academic rigour with creative insight. With a PhD in chemistry and a gift for breaking down complex ideas, he’s a skilled science communicator and experienced director & camera op bringing a sharp analytical thinking to the creative world. A total tech-head at heart he keeps one eye on the budget while keeping one eye on the latest tech shaping the future of content.

Our resident Cornish man Adam has a background in radio production. For six years, he’s been juggling call sheets, taming timelines, and translating post-production chaos into smooth sailing. If something needs sorting, Adam’s already on it. He brings order to the madness — quietly keeping the whole show on track with a pasty in hand.

Ellie brings design know-how and digital strategy together in perfect sync. Years studying graphic design and digital marketing gave her a strong eye for visuals and a hands-on understanding of what makes content click. From campaign planning to analytics deep dives, Ellie makes sure great ideas don’t just look good they land with the right people, at the right time. As the youngest in the team, she spends a fair bit of time cringing at Gen X sayings.

30 years of turning ideas into standout videos trusted by clients, driven by creativity. The thing Jeremy loves is people, what they do and who they are. He thrives on keeping the client happy and making them feel loved. Satisfaction is bringing the right team together, each with their own amazing creative skills, that all come together, resulting in a beautiful end product. So many places and so many faces and happy clients, that’s what keeps him fuelled. That and biscuits.

Apparently Ian is the only true Cornishman in the office (if you ignore the born-in-Devon bit!). A background in all things video / VJ-ing / live art / and even a multimedia circus, Ian has an eye for detail, a brain for complexity, and fingers in every visual pie (or pasty), he crafts stunning videos and motion graphics. His unwavering search for beauty is only matched by his search for the Bodmin Beast “Argh, let me tell you about the time I saw it…”

Matt’s the one asking the smart questions and spotting what clients need before they say it out loud. He’s all about building great relationships, shaping sharp campaigns, and keeping us ahead of the curve. New face or long-time partner, he’s on it. Listening, thinking, and making sure the work hits the spot.

Ty is not just a camera wizard and the keeper of all the kit (yes, even the tangled cables). He is also a brilliant creative brain whose hand on input into every stage of a project from concept to final cut adds a little bit of magic. Thriving on the challenge of making everything look as stunning as humanly and cinematically possible while bringing out the best of the talent in front of the camera.

Our resident chaos-gremlin Val’s all over the edit and motion graphics game. Cutting, animating, and adding flair where it counts. He’s our in-house experimenter, always poking at new tools, testing tech, and seeing what breaks (in the name of progress, of course). A curious mind with quick fingers, he keeps things moving fast, sharp, and never by the book.

In a sea of tea, Jamie is the undisputed Captain. He’s been shaping stories for 25 years. He started in TV docs and never lost his love for structure, pacing, and the perfect cut. Colour grading? Loves it. Audio mixing? Cracks his knuckles. And as a prize winning street photographer, his eye for composition is annoyingly good.
